Review: Lower Entrance – Mass Production EP (12″ EP/Digital – U Know Me Records, 2012)

❝U Know Me Records from Warsaw in Poland brings always good quality to our office speakers and I already had high expectations before I started to play this record! Let’s start with a fantastic, classical production of “Right Now feat. Natalia Grosiak“. The break in the middle is ill and I love to bang my head when the drum set comes back! After such a beautiful start, I had to skip “Take It Easy” because Raashan Ahmad’s lyrics and flow didn’t catch me at all. There’s nothing special to me… Whatever, “All Around feat. Natalia Grosiak” is also superb and I am definitely going to watch out for future projects of this collabo! I really feel the warm, mellow sound space and it’s easy to get into it… My result, “Mass Production” is a typical UKM release! Nice musical spectrum with an ongoing trend upwards. This should be on your turntable!❞ 7/10 – Gordon Gieseking
