Taking comfort in those moments we spend completely enveloped in our own thoughts. Staring off into an endless sea of what could be, gently lapped up by waves of delicate vocals, looped emotion in the form of synth-dusted keystrokes, and ambient, drifting melodies that wash up on the sand. For as much as we can feel we are one with another being, we all eventually float off into the ether alone. It’s an isolation I’ve come to accept, and at this point in my life, welcome. Enjoy every second of it.
